Why Train at Metroflex?
"It’s a smaller gym It’s a lot more like a family; everyone gets to know each other, and we all push each other to be better. It just has a different feel compared to other gyms. Everyone in there inspires me to be better, and for me personally, I like the blend of lifters there."
